What you'll do:

  • Analyze data to identify the best strategy and sources to create a diverse and fitting talent pool for positions in sales, tech and business development
  • Take full responsibility for specific job openings job from the description, interviewing to hiring
  • Support the team in planning interviews
  • Include your ideas to attract more suitable candidates for our company (employer branding)
  • Help us pick and implement new tools that optimize and automate our processes

Job requirements

You should apply if the following describes you:

  • Ideally, currently enrolled at a university for a degree in economics, psychology or similar
  • Available for at least 20 hours per week
  • Very good analytical skills, quick comprehension, and independent working method
  • Safe handling of MS-Excel
  • Very good English and very good German skills
  • You are passionate about people-related issues and stand out for your hands-on approach and strong conceptual and analytical skills
