Customer Success Manager - B2B & Asset Management (F/M/DIV)

Job description

Let's make sure our customers get the most out of using our technology, making it an integral part of their organization's day-to-day working. You will be making sure our solution sticks with them - by guiding our customers through the journey of using the tool and by collaborating closely with our product and tech department, providing valuable insights into user feedback.


Your Challenge

  • You'll build personal relationships with multiple stakeholders at our client's teams, earning their trust and respect through your commitment to their success
  • Identify and assess our customer's needs and enable them to use our software successfully
  • You know our product inside and out - you set up, execute and evaluate product demos, onboarding training, and FAQs
  • You are the proactive interface between clients, product, sales, and marketing so everyone is on the same page on new developments, what to sell and how to use it
  • You are responsible to create an availability plan to fit our international customer base
  • You provide timely, accurate, and useful analyses concerning the status of our customer base including progress against predefined success metrics, risk mitigation, and opportunities

Requirements

  • You gained prior experience in Customer Success Management or other customer-facing roles (like sales) in a SaaS/B2B environment for at least 2 years
  • You show strong interest in software, with the ability to successfully explain complex topics to different audiences; a background in asset management is a plus but not required
  • You work collaborative, persistent and self-directed
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills both in German and English (any additional language is a plus)
  • You are comfortable traveling across Europe on occasion
